Subaru CarPlay upgrades
Filmed Subaru CarPlay work focuses on the 2015–2022 WRX / STI head-unit installs I’ve done on camera. Use those guides for dash teardown and USB retention notes, then browse catalog listings for Outback / Crosstrek years I have not filmed.
Subaru CarPlay FAQ
Does a 2015–2022 WRX get wireless CarPlay with an aftermarket unit?
Yes—vehicle-specific Android units on the WRX filmed page list wireless CarPlay / Android Auto. Confirm your starlink / base radio and USB retention needs.
Will this fit a 2015–2021 STI?
Many WRX/STI kits share the same dash years. Still confirm STI-specific harness notes with the seller.
Where is the WRX best-of list?
See /best/subaru-wrx-carplay-head-units (canonical to the filmed finder) and the WRX vehicle card below.
