Overview

The last piece of John's JOGON carbon set. You don't remove the diffuser. Pop one clip, clean thoroughly, stick the new fin on and press. It keeps the OEM shape with a slightly more aggressive fin, a true OEM+ look.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Remove the clip▶ 0:47

Each side has one pop clip. Push down, get between the lip and pry it open.

Tip: A tool that holds both ends pulls it out much easier.

  2. 2

    Clean very thoroughly▶ 1:32

Clean the area well, especially the back, so no air gets under the tape.

  3. 3

    Peel and stick▶ 1:56

Peel the backing and stick it on, making sure the clip lines up in the hole. Get the top fitment right, since that's what you see most.

  4. 4

    Press for 15 seconds▶ 2:24

Apply about 15 pounds of pressure for 15 seconds, then repeat on the other side.

0:17What's up guys? It's your boy, John. We are back again here with another video. Today we'll be

0:22taking a look at the Integra Type-S and we'll be looking at something really cool, something

0:28that I've been waiting for to complete the whole set is the Jogan Rear Diffuser in carbon-carbon

0:34fiber. Pre-prepared carbon fiber through and through, lightweight, durable, and great

0:42fit in it. Now to install this it's very simple. You don't the, you don't have to remove your diffuser or anything.

0:47You just remove some like a one clip from what you see right here and of course clean the area

0:55very thoroughly to remove the clip. It's fairly simple in those pop clips.

1:02See if I can get you guys a good angle. So where this thing sits, I'm just going to show

1:09you here. So you have it, you have one of these clips. The ways these clips work is' is you push

1:17down right. You want to get in between the lip right here and pry it open. Now I like to use

1:23one of these because you can hold both ends and it pulls it out a lot easier. After you pop it

1:32out you can install the new one. So I recommend make sure you're cleaning it real good especially

1:47the back because you don't want to get, you don't want air to get into that area. And

1:56you just reel and stick. Okay it's in the hole. Just want to make sure the fitment of top is the

2:24best it could be because that's where you're going to see it most from the top. Put about 15 pounds

2:33of pressure. One, two, three, four, five, for 15 seconds and we are done. All right I know it's

2:49super bright but as you can see from the comparison it looks very OEM. So if you just wanted the

3:00OEM piece in carbon fiber this is perfect for y'all. It is a slightly, but an inch where the

3:11fin is. Everything looks the way it's shaped is the same but that fin is a little bit more aggressive.

3:17I can't even even side by side like this. It is close. So if you want it a little bit

3:26more aggressive without breaking that OEM plus look this is perfect for it. Yeah it's very similar

3:37which is perfect for me. I just wanted a little bit more aggression. The carbon fiber alone

3:41that finish makes it super aggressive so keeping it a similar shape looks fantastic to me. I'll do

3:48this side and wrap it up.
