Overview

John wanted a rear apron that matches his JOGON front lip and APR skirts without a winglet. These are carbon through and through, reuse the OEM mounting points, and sweep cleanly into the diffuser.

0:26What's up guys?

0:27It's your boy John.

0:28We are back in here with another video.

0:31Today, we're gonna be taking a look

0:32at the Integra Type S, specifically the rear.

0:37Now my rear has been stock

0:40and I'm gonna change that

0:41because we've been rocking the Jogun front lip

0:56with APR side skirts.

0:58You got that nice little winglet right there too

1:01and it just kind of all just flows nicely.

1:04The rear, I had one of another rear apron

1:09but it was too aggressive.

1:12I found the right one that I like

1:14and it's gonna be the Jogun V2 and I think

1:19it just flows, it makes the rear end

1:25just kick out a little bit more

1:27without being, for me, I don't want a winglet in the back.

1:31Kind of like

1:33the Toyota Supra, the new one, the A90 has it

1:36but I like it just kind of straight

1:38kind of swoopy and it kind of just goes to the diffuser.

1:42So in my eye, that looks beautiful.

1:45Now what's great about this one right here y'all

1:48is if you guys are interested

1:49I'll leave a link down below.

1:52We get it real quick.

1:53Dry carbon, here's the piece right here

1:56and it's carbon through and through.

1:59Super strong, lightweight and just so beautiful.

2:05It reuses the OEM, little mounting points right here.

2:11So it's gonna sit like this

2:13and it's so subtle that it just flows perfectly

2:19in my opinion, it looks like it belongs there.

2:21So as you can see, there's some mounting points

2:26and it uses three Phillips

2:31four Phillips screws.

2:33All right, so the piece is installed

2:35as you can see right here, it's mounted with screws.

2:39I was thinking maybe I needed some extra adhesive

2:42but I don't know, obviously the bumper flexes a little bit

2:46and then this has its own piece

2:48but it's mounted on there solid solid

2:51and I just wanted to show you the fitment

2:53of the way it curves right here.

2:57I think the gaps are perfect.

3:00I didn't even kind of see the way the tire

3:03kind of sticks out and the way for me.

3:07Woo, and it just kind of lines up with all the carbon bits

3:12and it just kind of acts as in right here.

3:14So it kind of gives like gives it that nice.

3:17Everything just flows very well.

3:21And I think that's perfect for me.

3:23Here's a little side shot right there.

3:26Don't really notice it

3:26just gives it a little bit of that.

3:31I'm gonna do the other side

3:33and then kind of show you guys how it looks like in the sun.

3:37All right, so completed both sides.

3:45Eight screws in total, eight Phillips screws

3:47can be done really quick, about 10 minutes

3:51make sure you prep it by cleaning it

3:54wiping it down the area

3:55there's gonna be rocks on that

3:57just on the underside of when you unscrew some stuff

4:00those four screws, make sure it's nice and flat

4:03when you install it and make sure you don't over torque it.

4:07And you're gonna be able to enjoy

4:09your beautiful part right here.

4:11Makes the rear a little bit more aggressive

4:13which the Integra does need-

4:17when you have a full kit.

4:19So without looking, I just think it flows with the lines

4:23you can see right here on the camera

4:26that it really doesn't make it so out of place.

4:33If anything, it just compliments the bumper

4:37the carbon fiber so well.

4:40I think the most aggressive part of this car so far

4:43is probably the APR side skirts

4:46because the winglet does stick out

4:48but it's whatever you like

4:52and I love the new rear apron

4:56because it adds it a little bit more aggression

5:00without disrupting the lines of the car

5:04which I think the rear end of the Integra Type-S

5:08is the best part of the car.

5:09So triple outlets, no wing which I like

5:15and just a very aggressive bumper

5:18and now you have a little bit more aggression

5:20and think of it more like a rear apron extension

5:23to flow it out where it matches the rest of your kit.

5:28Anyways, enjoy some beauty shots of inside the garage

5:32and then with some natural lighting.
